Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance
We have many years experience in the installation and commissioning of complex HV systems – from basic retrofit circuit breaker or protection upgrades to full commissioning of 132kV/275kV networks.

- Slough Estates – install and commission of new VT’s and CT’s on 19 single and double busbar circuits (all South Wales Switchgear but encompassing low type and high type oil units, plus HG12 switchgear)
- EDF Energy – provision of SAP, install and commission 25 retrofit vacuum circuit breakers for 1950/1960 range of Crompton Switchgear
- Associated British Ports – install and commission 33 off retrofit vacuum circuit breakers on Brush Switchgear VSI range
- EDF Energy (UK Power Networks) – install and commission four double-busbar 2000 amp busend boxes (6-1core) on South Wales Switchgear type HG12 equipment
- Chevron (Valero Energy) – install and test 10 cable boxes (from 1-3 core to 9-1 core)
- ADMA OPCO (United Arab Emirates) – install and test VT on Brush Switchgear double busbar VTD equipment
- ADMA OPCO (United Arab Emirates) – install and test 23 off retrofit circuit breakers
- Ford Motor Company – install and test variety of protection equipment (Sepam, Translay) on Brush Switchgear VSI/VMV ranges
- EDF Energy (UK Power Networks) – install and test VT on Whipp & Bourne DVC switchgear
- Exxon – install and test VT on 1600A Brush Switchgear VSI panel
- Chevron (Valero Energy) – servicing and protection testing on Brush Switchgear type VSI/VMV switchgear
- Shell – offshore protection testing on large variety of LV and MV switchgear
- Western Power Distribution – protection modifications on South Wales Switchgear HG12 panels
- BOC – install and test retrofit circuit breakers and surge arresters on Brush Switchgear type VSI panels
- Shell – complete repair and test of failed Brush Switchgear VSI oil circuit breaker
- EDF Energy (UK Power Networks) – complete rebuild and test of South Wales Switchgear C4X skeleton panel
- International Paper – service and test of Brush Switchgear type VSI/VMV equipment
- Qatar Petroleum – install and test of CT’s on South Wales Switchgear HG36 panels
- Western Power Distribution – install and test busend cable box on South Wales Switchgear high type C4X
- EDF Energy (UK Power Networks) – install and test South Wales Switchgear type HG12 extension panels
- United Utilities – install and test CT’s on South Wales Switchgear ring main DRT4 equipment
- Western Power Distribution – install and test CT’s on South Wales Switchgear high type equipment
- Chevron (Valero Energy) – install and commission motor protection upgrade on Brush Switchgear type HV6 panels following complete refurbishment
- Chevron (Valero Energy) – install and commission Brush Switchgear HV6 extension panels
- Western Power Distribution – install and test retrofit vacuum circuit breakers on Brush Switchgear type VBA equipment
